Electrical Source - Battery

Move AUX pump from OFF positin to ON position

Hold starter switch in ON position for 2 seconds.

Monitor NG value. When it reaches 13 move the throttle from cutoff position to lo-idle position

Monitor NG value. When it reaches 150 move the throttle from lo-idle position to high-idle position

Move AUX pump from ON positin to AUTO position

Set FULE SELECT to AUTO. Aircraft will automatically switch from left tank to right tank to keep fule amount balanced

AUTO PILOT and TRIM to ON

Set the altitude given by ATC. If not using ATC, set cruise altitude.

Obtain altimiter from ATIS or set by pressing B in MSFS2020

G3000 * NAV COMM * Press on transponder code , set transponder code given by ATC, and set to STBY

G3000 * PFD * Speed Bugs * Enable the speeds that you wish to display on the PFD

If flying with ATC, ATC will instruct you when to descent.
If not flying with ATC, use the VNAV feature. Enter the altitude restrictions in the published procedures next to each STAR waypoin. Also enter the final approach fix altitude.
The G3000 will calculate the top of descent and rate of descent.
The TOD will be displayed on the map. The VNAV carrots will appear on the PFD when the aircraft is near the TOD. A TOD message will flash on the PFD 1 minute prior to TOD.

If flying with ATC, set the altitude when you are instructed to descent. The altitude is given by ATC.
If not flying with ATC, set the altitude of the final approach fix or the altitude of the runway + 500.

Obtain minimums value from the charts.
If DH (ILS Decision Hight) set it to Radio Alt.
If MDA (Minimum Descent Altitude in QNH) set it to Baro.

G3000 * NAV COM * Audio & Radios
If the ILS approach is already entered in the G3000 (MFD * PROC), the ILS frequency will be automartically dialed when the approach phase is activated.

Transition altitude can be obtained from airport charts.

ILS Approach:
Change NAV source to NAV1 to intercept ILS

RNAV Approach:
Engage APPR
